How do I create an account?

  • Click the "Login/Register" link located to the right in the upper navigation bar of the website. To properly process your order, you must complete each field where a red asterisk mark is present. If you are a Makita employee or distributor, see below for login instructions.

If I am a Makita employee or distributor, how do I login?

How do I pay for my order?

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal as well as PayPal direct. If you are a Makita distributor, you may also pay with Co-Op funds.

If I am a Makita employee or distributor, can I use my co-op funds on the store?

  • Yes. However, you must login to the store through https://makitagear.ca/en/cad. Once logged in, place your order, and submit.  You will receive an automated acknowledgment. Your order will then be sent to Makita to confirm funds are available. Once confirmed, the order will be processed and all goods will be produced in a timely manner. 

What if I need an item that is not offered in the company store?

  • As the industry leader in creative ideas, we offer thousands of the newest and most unique items from the industry's top suppliers. If you need assistance finding the right item to suit your needs, click the “contact us” tab at the top of the webpage and let us do the work for you!

When will my order ship?

  • Items that are stocked in inventory at our warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area will ship within 2 business days. For employees and dealers, orders will ship within two weeks of approval by Makita.

How can I track my package?

  • Once your order has shipped you will be emailed tracking information for your order.

What if I have Returns/Exchanges?

  • Inventory Order Returns - Items are final sale once an order is placed and may not be returned. In the rare situation an item is defective, attach clear photos of the unworn items (with tags still on) with information about your order to makitagear@triversaglobal.com. A representative will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the order.
  • Custom Order (Bulk Buys) Returns - Merchandise ordered in bulk or with a custom design or imprint is not available for return, except in the case of a product that has a manufacturing defect or print error. Defective merchandise will be replaced at suppliers’ expense or given a full refund or credit of original purchase price. A virtual sample image of the product with your logo is available for your review prior to order.
