RETURN POLICY
Items are final sale once an order is placed. Select your size carefully using the sizing charts provided for each apparel item page, since manufacturer brands and styles may differ.
In the rare situation an item is defective, attach clear photos of the unworn items (with tags still on) with information about your order to makitagear@triversaglobal.com. A representative will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the order.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Tri-Versa-Global Inc. is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or cannot be fulfilled. A credit will be issued to your account.

Orders ship, unless otherwise noted, in approximately 3-4 weeks.
